OUR STORY
Style. Symbolism. Spirituality.
The Dove & Hawk Clothing style is inspired by our return journey from our diasporan settlements back to our homeland. Rooted in Ghanaian tradition, the Dove & Hawk symbolism is a set of teachings that inspires learning and studying our history, our spirituality, and our community foundations.
The Dove & Hawk Clothing brand started in the year 2020 as an ode to our founder's family in Ghana and around the world, commemorating the Legend from whom our name is drawn.
Watch this space for the telling of "The Legend of The Dove & The Hawk".

He won the MOBO Unsigned Award at the Royal Albert Hall, the UKU Best Performer Award at the Clapham Grand, and the BBC Performing Arts Fund Award. In 2020, Jai Amore opened the Formula 1 Grand Prix to an international audience of over 300 million viewers, singing the British National Anthem.

Jai Amore’s music and live performances show a range of inspirations from R&B, Soul, Afrobeat, Folk and Funk, and whether the audience is 50,000 or 50, or with a band of 3 or thirteen musicians, the intimacy of each show gives a truly immersive experience.
"The Dove & The Hawk" was the nickname given to Jai Amore's mother, the late Maame Nyarko "Elizabeth Rose" Gambrah-Sampaney. Her story (soon to be told here on the Dove & Hawk platform) is also the foundation for the Legend of the Dove & The Hawk.
